We are looking for a Service / Warranty Administrator to join our Multi-franchise dealership in Cowes, on the Isle of Wight.

In this role, you’ll support our service team by managing their service administration, processing warranty claims, liaising with manufacturers, and ensuring all documentation is completed to the highest standard across brands including Volvo, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Skoda, SEAT, Cupra and Smart.

Package:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday either 8.00am–5:00pm or 8:30am–5:30pm (flexible to the individual) / 40 hour contract
  • Basic: £26,500 with OTE £30,000 per annum

We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience within the automotive industry, would be beneficial
  • Hard working and self-motivated individual, with a passion for delivering high quality results
  • Friendly, professional, and courteous demeanour
  • Outstanding organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to use own initiative and multi-task
  • Full UK driving licence

Job Description:

  • Preparation of Service customer job packs for the next day’s bookings
  • Completing Service & Parts department banking
  • Filing of Service department job packs and invoicing
  • Submit accurate warranty and goodwill claims on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Monitor daily and weekly reports
  • Administer warranty policy in the best interest of Van Mossel Esplanade, the manufacturer and the customer aiming for profitability and efficiency
  • Maintain records of warranty submissions and customer contributions towards goodwill claims
  • Liaise with the parts department to ensure all parts replaced under warranty are retained for the correct period of time, are labelled and made available to manufacture on request.
