Sales Administrator

Salary: Dependent on experience

Van Mossel Esplanade is seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to join our busy administration department. This is an in-office position and will be Monday to Friday.

Job Title Sales Administrator

Reporting to Financial Controller

Main Purpose of Job To ensure the efficient administration of all new and used vehicles for the Dealership Car Sales Department within defined operating policies.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Supporting the sales function by processing orders for new and used vehicles.
  • Invoicing of new and used vehicles.
  • Ensure systems and vehicle files are set up and maintained accurately.
  • Allocate registration numbers and taxation for new vehicles and ensure all paperwork and documentation is completed promptly and accurately.
  • Carry out HPI checks on part exchange vehicles.
  • Ensuring all documents and deal files are correct.
  • Liaise with the workshop team to ensure required works are completed on new and used vehicles
  • Posting costs to the VSB.
  • Ensure all trade vehicles are handled swiftly.
  • Ensuring vehicles are funded within the required timelines
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Salary Dependent on experience
